Here you see how we have inserted the main hook just to the side of the pillies gills and pushing the point up through the head. This helps to keep the pillie intact. The keeper hook is inserted further down to give better bait presentation and to hold everything in place. Wrap some bait elastic or cotton around the whole deal for further security if desired.
